There are three ways to find businesses and tradesmen quickly and easily on TheBathWeb:

a) Search using the search box located half way down the left hand side of the page. You can enter any trade, business type or business name - even partial names will match. The result will first list any matching categories, followed by any listings which include your search terms in their name or description. TIP: First click on "Home" if you want to search the whole directory, rather than just the individual section/category you are viewing.

b) Navigate through the directory categories. Click on any red heading to see a list of categories in that section. The directory is never more than two levels deep, so you are often only two clicks away from the listings you want.

c) Alphabetically scroll through by business name. Click on any alphabet letter in red from the sequence displayed in the middle of the screen. 

Listings are alphabetically ordered, except for one or two yellow box featured listings which appear first. Where categories have many entries, you may need to select the next page using the buttons at the bottom of the screen.

Featured listings in Yellow or Blue boxes hold a short description of the business. For more information, click on the red heading (the business name) inside the box for more information.

You can also click on the red options where available for each listing:

- Map: Brings up a streetmap showing the location of the business. You can zoom in/out on the map display by clicking on the + and - buttons on the screen. 

- Recommend: Allows you to send an email of the business information to any email address (including your own)

- Print: Allows you to print out the details of the specific business listing.

 - Website: Click this to call up the business's own website in a new window. This option is shown where we know about it

You can also click on the green category name within any yellow or blue box to go directly to all the listings in that category
