You don`t have to have lived in Bath long to have experienced severe weather conditions - it was only in February 2009 that the River Avon rose approximately two feet in half an hour. Originally required for 4 bedroom properties, then extended to 3, from 14th December 2007 all properties are now required to have one. This must include an energy efficiency certificate from a qualified surveyor, and evidence that the seller owns the property. Additional optional information may be included. |
