In essence by utilising our various skills and trades we offer a holistic approach to maintenance work, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We have contracts with well-known local letting agents, building surveyors and industries. We are approved by BaNES council to inspect and assess properties for fire regulations and also have the Customer First endorsement from Trading Standards. Recently we have undergone accreditation by the Federation of Master Builders which has been succesful.

Lawrence Fairfield has a wealth of experience as an Electrical Contractor, and pays particular attention to detail including a thorough knowledge of current wiring regulations. We have many satisfied customers in the Bath and Frome area. Our team of skilled electricians work quickly to keep your business running efficiently and safely. The business is registered with NICEIC and the E.C.A and has TrustMark approval.
