Each property is assessed by the Princpal, Andrew Walker, for its advantages before it is placed on the open market. During this initial visit, matters will be discussed with the owner concerning any work that might be required to enhance the accommodation to possibly increase the monthly rental income, the current level of activity in the rental market and safety issues for rented accommodation.
